How you receive the service after payment

JOI is a digital service. After your payment is confirmed, your selected plan is activated automatically on the JOI account you used at checkout (sign in on the website). You can use chat, diary, tasks, notes, and other features in your browser. If you use the official Telegram bot, link it to the same account in your profile settings. Paid limits (e.g. number of AI questions) apply as described on this page for your plan.

You can change your plan at any time. Payment is processed on the website.
