JOI is a personal assistant that provides life recommendations based on Vedic Jyotish astrology. We help you organize your actions and move toward a more meaningful, conscious life.

Vedic Jyotish astrology
Jyotish is an ancient astrological system that views life as an interconnected whole. It helps you understand your natural inclinations, strengths, and areas for growth. JOI uses Jyotish principles to provide personal recommendations based on your natal chart and current planetary transits.
How charts are calculated
Natal charts, divisional charts (D2–D60 as supported by the configured engine), dashas, and related data are computed by the active Jyotish engine using high-precision planetary ephemerides.
Sidereal longitudes use the ayanamsa of the active engine (for example Lahiri or True Chitra Paksha, depending on configuration). Results may differ from other programs that use a different ayanamsa or house system—especially near sign or navamsa boundaries.
Houses use the whole-sign system from the ascendant, as implemented in the library. Date and time of birth are treated as local civil time at the birthplace; the offset from UTC is derived from geographic coordinates (including historical time zones and daylight saving where applicable). You can also enter the place as decimal coordinates, for example 55.75, 37.62.
